No Show & Late Cancel Policy
Due to the limited space and COVID-19 guidelines of 2 meters apart, all live, in studio classes must be pre-registered online. (You can try to drop-in but there is no guarantee of space available). Students who have booked online have priority admittance to classes.
Once you have booked a class online, you are registered for that specific class. If you wish to cancel the class, you must cancel no later than 4 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations with less than 4 hours remaining prior to class start time are considered an attended class and a class will be deducted from your pass. If you are a 30-day unlimited pass holder or a one year unlimited pass holder, your credit card will be charged $10 +HST = $11.30 for a late cancel or no show.
