No Show & Late Cancel Policy
Once you have booked a class online, you are registered for that specific class.
If you wish to cancel the class, you must cancel no later than 4 hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellations with less than 4 hours remaining prior to class start time are considered an attended class and a class will be deducted from your pass.
If you are a 30-day unlimited pass holder or a one year unlimited pass holder, your credit card will be charged $11.30 ($10 + HST) for a late cancel or no show if the class was full.
